Zaka Ashraf, a Pakistani executive administrator, has held the position of chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board on three separate occasions. The court allowed the intra-court appeal against the decision made by a single-member bench of IHC, Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui, who had declared the appointment of Ashraf as “illegal” on July 19, 2013. Justice Siddiqui had directed the acting PCB chief Najam Sethi to conduct elections within 90 days.
