James Watson was only 13 years old when he killed the Rikki. He remained uncaught by the police for over 20 years until the case was opened for reinvestigation in 2015 by detective Paul Fullwood.
Rikki was six-years-old when he went missing when he was off to school on 28th November 1994 in Peterborough. His dead body was found the next day in the woods near his home.
