They were sent to the Fulton County Jail and were presented in court on Tuesday, 7th June 2022. Alostwani was granted bail for $75,000 while Briceno was denied due to her migration and being an outcast.

The incident took place last week on 2nd June 2022 at the Parker Chase Preschool in East Roswell near Holcomb Bridge Road in Alpharetta. Both the perpetrators were the teachers of the Pre-Primary B classroom with children around 2-3 years old.
