There are no random decisions in the creation of LEX by Nemiroff. It is not an experiment or improvisation, but the result of combining a precise engineering approach with an aesthetic vision. The project began as an idea to combine the strongest aspects of production at Nemiroff: grain sourced from Ukrainian black soil, a complex filtration system, refined recipes and premium presentation.
The beginnings: grain from the heart of Ukraine
It all starts with the soil. LEX is made from winter wheat and sweet corn grown on Ukrainian black soil. It’s not just about geography — it’s about stability. The soil, climate and crop varieties are carefully selected to give the alcohol base its smoothness and purity right from the start.
Artesian water that has undergone preliminary purification is added to the alcohol. The ratio of grain components is exactly calibrated — nothing is left to chance. Each batch of raw materials is tested for compliance with standards to ensure a consistent taste profile.
13 filtration stages: not just symbols, but engineering
LEX technology is based on thirteen levels of filtration. Although the number seems magical, each step performs a practical function:
- Silver neutralises foreign odours.
- Platinum smoothes the taste texture.
- Amber is the brand’s signature ingredient and is responsible for the depth of the aftertaste.
After filtration, the product is aged for another six months. It allows it to “settle”, stabilise its structure and balance all layers of aroma and taste.
A bottle that makes its own statement
The design of LEX is a story in itself. It was created by specialists from Stranger & Stranger (known for their projects for elite beverages) and Saverglass, a premium glass manufacturer from France.
The bottle is heavy, with clear geometry and minimalist lines. It is pleasant to the touch — everything is perfectly balanced: weight, shape, texture. Deep engraving, hand finishing, frosted glass — the design is not for effect, but to convey meaning. It emphasises the idea of precision on which the product itself is based.
A place among the chosen ones
LEX is not part of the brand’s mass product lines. It is a separate class — ultra-premium. It combines the experience of Nemiroff, technological discipline and a design vision focused on the global market. The product often appears on tasting lists at international competitions, where not only taste but also presentation, balance and conceptual completeness are evaluated.
Conclusion
LEX by Nemiroff is not about experimentation, but about confidence. It is a product in which every detail is the result of careful selection: from the grain to the bottle, from the recipe to the tactile sensations. It is not about loudness, but about class.
