Eric R Holder Jr. has been found guilty of killing the US rapper Nipsey Hussle more than three years ago in 2019.
He reportedly murdered Hussle by a gunshot for which he has been charged with first-degree murder by the jury on Wednesday, 6th July 2022.
He will be sentenced on 15th September 2022 for murder and manslaughter, for wounding two bystanders. He has also been found guilty of possessing a firearm and assault with a deadly weapon.
Holder’s lawyer said that the case was “overcharged” and the killing was not predecided but took place as a result of a heated argument between the two.
Hussle was shot dead on 31st March 2019 by Holder in front of a former’s Marathon clothing store in Los Angeles. Both were allegedly acquaintances. Holder shot him at least ten times with two handguns and then hit him in his head after an argument about the gang world.
